The Urmston Musical Theatre is dedicated to ensuring all our customers are totally satisfied with the service you receive from us. Should you decide that you would like to return any tickets please read the following instructions. We endeavour to answer all email queries within 2 working days.
In order for the Urmston Musical Theatre to complete the return process as quickly as possible please state if you require a replacement ticket, (like for like) or a full refund.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please note that tickets are not refundable but the Urmston Musical Theatre can arrange for tickets purchased to be refunded should you decide that you do not require the tickets after paying. This is completely at the discretion of the Ticket Secretary. Refunds cannot be given for tickets which are returned within 48 hours of a performance UNLESS the Urmston Musical Theatre are specifically able to sell the returned tickets.
Therefore please ensure that if you decide to cancel, that it is done in a prompt manner. We recommend that the customer calls 0161 408 1288 as soon as possible when returning tickets.
GENERAL RETURNS INFORMATION
All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. Payment made on a credit/debit card will be refunded to the card used on the original order.
Refunds usually reach your credit/charge card account within 4/5 working days of it being processed and the Urmston Musical Theatre will attempt to process any refund as soon as the notification is received by the returns department. We do however reserve the right to provide refunds within 14 days of return. We may also advise you how to send the item back to us.
